"La habitación y la limpieza"

"Buen servicio y el lugar muy limpio"

"Súper sucia todo en mal estado y de desayuno solo café pesimo"

"The first disappointment was how close by the road was.It makes sense for an old hotel, but I found the constant noise and traffic unpleasant and certainly for sitting on the verandah. Also no breakfast is served which is mentioned on website though it definitely was not happening. And lastly I found it tacky to demand a dollar each for drinks in the beverage area.If it costs that much they could incorporate it in the room charge. It just seems unwelcoming"

"Never disappoints!"

"It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. She even upgraded my room just because it was available. The room itself was beautiful! It felt like I was a guest in someones Adirondack mountain home. "Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. "Very good place "

"Enjoyed our stay at you house on Sacandaga lake. It was roomy with lots of extra amenities. The ac was a plus during our stay as the weather was steamy! "

"It was a nice place. Super comfortable beds and the bunk bed for the kids is a nice addition. "

"Chris was very responsive to my messages and allowed to reschedule my booking to a different weekend. The caboose is gorgeous and so is the location. We did a photo shoot with the kids inside. It was so adorable!"

"2nd time staying here. Will be back!!"

"A unique redo of a one room school house. Top amenities and facilities. As two retired teachers, and married for 52 years, we really enjoyed the experience."

"If we could rate Bonnie and Steve higher than 5 stars we would. They were great communicaters before our trip and were nothing but warm and welcoming from the moment we got there. The house was great but what really makes the property is the location and outdoor space. The grounds were amazing and were great for relaxing, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with friends and family. If you're looking for a remote stay that's not too far from a grocery store, gas stations, ice cream shops,...
