"This lodging had a very impressive view. It was clean but could use some organization in the kitchen and some improvements to the approach driveway. Rocks and big holes make it difficult to back a large boat trailer up to the house."

"The property was unique and fun! The shower door was really hard to shut. The soap conditioner and shampoo provided were teeny tiny and definitely not enough for the four people that could sleep on the property. "

"We loved our stay here! The views from the windows of Bear Lake are spectacular! The home was very clean and very well supplied. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and other necessities. I liked how the kitchen was labeled with where things are so it was easy to find things and put them back again. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the home to others."

"Gorgeous home with breathtaking views. This was the perfect place for our retreat. The accommodations were great. We could all be together for meals & group time but there was plenty of space for quiet times as well "

"Great location and rental! Clean, easy to communicate we with manager due to door code not working, quick service, and would recommend staying! We had problems with grill taking too long to cook food and it had plenty of propane. The only other problem we had is the sitting area in the main room is tight and doesn't fit the 10 people we had to watch a movie together. But, overall....we enjoyed our stay!"

"Family Wedding FunThis property is beautiful with modern, spacious bedrooms and several private en suite baths. It is family friendly. Our grandkids loved the slide & basketball court, and spent countless hours in the private pool. Night swimming and hot tub were awesome! Michael (the host) was very responsive to questions or needs. It was the perfect location for a smaller-sized wedding. It offered a gorgeous wedding backdrop with unsurpassed views of beautiful Bear Lake. Highly recommended! "

"House is part of a triplex, this is the middle unit. no one else was occupying the other units. Plenty of parking. Great deck, BBQ in back, Traeger smoker in back works. The weather was cold so neither used. Truly lake-front. very clean. Comfortable furniture. No complaints at all. "

There is no back fence so in addition to the constant noise and cars passing 50’ from the backyard, we wouldn’t let young kids play out there unsupervised. Additionally, the AC system is weak. "I can't say enough about how awesome our experience was at this property in Garden City! We had a family reunion there and had a possibility of 24 people. First of all the views are absolutely beautiful. The facility feels like a resort, with plenty of room. Not only were there enough bedrooms and bathrooms but one of my favorite things, as the grandfather, was there were a number of places where our entire family could gather together and have enjoyable family experiences.
