"My family and I rented this cabin over the 4th of July week/weekend. The Cabin itself was very nice! Plenty of places to sleep. Big kitchen with a big kitchen table that fit the whole family at dinner time! We were able to launch our boat at the public launch and dock on the pier. Very very clean lake! The kids enjoyed the big yard, boat rides, the beach down the road. Overall this was a much needed family getaway and would definitely love to come back! Dan the host was very informational,...

"What a delight! Had a good balance of creature comforts(hear/shelter/hot tub/sauna/showers) and true camping(detached outhouse/no running water). 2 things I’d suggest is limiting the amount of scent on the linens and having a small guide to local hiking/store options. We had a blast!"

"This 5-hr drive from Chicago made for a very relaxing week away from the city for our family. We made great use of a ready supply of firewood and enjoyed several evenings in the hot tub/pool spa under the stars. The cabin is very well appointed; it’s new construction and reflects thoughtful design and upkeep throughout. We certainly hope to return."

"Tucked away on a private road, but close to the village of Indian Lake with hiking and paddling nearby. The house was roomy, clean, and welcoming. The host was very accommodating and helped with any questions. He even gave us tips on hiking with our pups. We absolutely loved it!! "

"Trip up here for a wedding. Enjoyed the layed back atmosphere of cottage. Spent a lot of time on deck talking while taking in the view. Loved all the variety of peony plants in bloom. Great thunderstorm rolled through and following morning roses were full of bumblebees busy collecting pollen and nectar. Will be back. "

"Before the warm weather hit we decided to head to to Pine Mountain to snowboard for a weekend in between sports seasons for our kids. We booked this property based on location and past reviews. The house is so close to the mountain and was incredibly clean from top to bottom. There was plenty of space to hang out and plenty of beds for our 3 kids. "Jerry's place is awesome. Secluded enough to not anything but the woods around you. Crystal falls is only a few minutes away with everything you need. The lake has an abundance of fish for any angler. Whether youre looking for some peace and quiet with the family or friends or want to explore iron county and the surrounding areas id reccomend this cabin to anyone. "

"My husband and I enjoyed the cottage. The decor was beautiful. We had a very relaxing time and we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. We saw some deer walking through the property too. There is much you can do in that area. We got some hiking in while and enjoyed good food from restaurants in the area. We will go again and stay longer next time!"
