"Despite stating on their website that emotional support animals would be considered as welcomed to guests free of charge, when I arrived at the location, I was told no cats. They said any other type of emotional support animal would be allowed, including fish, guinea pigs rabbits but not cats. I had already paid and did not get a refund because on their website. "Everyone was friendly. Called ahead to check amenities to which I was very mislead. Reservation fee was removed for inconvenience.Rooms are very tight and not enough room for storage. Closet is in bathroom?!. Large amounts of light comes in through bathroom door, entry door and through all windows making room very bright at night. My bed was extremely saggy. After the 1st night I realized my bed had a broken box spring which I told front desk. I asked if maintenance could swtich out the box...

"This is such a cute and cozy little house. All amenities work as described. The heat and air conditioning function very well. The house is very clean with a comfortable little living room with a nice big screen TV.This is a remodeled lovely old home in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but definitely functional.
