"Lack of communication. Started out with great communication and then had to cancel last minute because of High School tournament cancel tournament. Told me would give me a refund, but told me had to contact VBRO and when i did, she just never responded back to me. Its understandable that i wouldn't get a refback but dont say youll give someone a refund back and then ignore them."

"The AC did not work in the front master bedroom, could not sleep in that room. No instructions were given to turn the water on outside of the houseboat. No WIFi previous guestbook indicated WIFi had not been operable for their stay as well. No WIFI meant our cell phones were is SOS with no way to reach family or in event of emergency. No WIFI meant the TV was also inoperable. The toilet seats were loose, the towels were in bad shape, the rug was filthy. and there were dead flies and bugs...

"For our 50th Class Reunion, the Henry House was perfect. Debra was an ideal host. She let us check in early and made certain all was to our liking. The ambiance of the house was so peaceful. My husband said there was a sweet spirit in this house, and there was. I particularly loved the way Debra stayed true to the character of the original home. We loved it and will come again!"
