"We stayed in room 213. There’s definitely missing the couch and the AC did not work properly. It was 79° in the room. I did inform the front desk. I’d check out. This is my second time at this beautiful hotel. "

"The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations."

"The room itself was clean, nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. My only thing is that both the sink and the shower drain were incredibly slow. Also, nowhere to store your bags if you have a later train than their strict 11am checkout time. "

"Staff communicated promptly prior to arrival and allowed early access. Room very clean and lots of drawer and closet space. Nespresso machine in room with free snacks in kitchen area. All was fine, just as pictured and promised."

"All was good just a little smell of a dirty mop or they clean the floor with the same mop that they used for bathroom but overall all good "
