"I am sorry to write this review, but I believe is the honest thing to do. I booked my stay with Expedia, and I paid in advance the full amount of the room. Some hours before travelling to the area, I got a mail from the hotel manager indicating me that they had to extend some guests that decided to overstay and they moved me to another hotel close by. "La habitación nunca fue limpiada, ni recogida la basura… ellos dicen en la póliza escrita que usted como cliente tiene que preguntar o solicitar el aseo diario en la habitación, si no lo haces ya tienes una noche sin limpieza… y debes de solicitarla. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy pobre y se prefiere no utilizar este servicio… se pierde $!"
