"Out room wasn't ready (we arrived a little after 3, check-in time). We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. I wish they had a better breakfast option and an earlier time."

"Very nice, modern, a lot of space in the room. I liked it a lot. The only bad thing is that we got to check in tired of the trip at 6 pm and they didn't have the room ready, we had to leave and return in 1 hour. And the reservation check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm."

"I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet. Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush..."

"Every thing excellent, except the bathroom plumbing. The toilets were installed for very very short people. If you have leg or knee issues, ask for a handicapped room. Also, our shower seemed to have had a recent adjustment to the temperature regulator. I could feel rubber inside the unit scrapping as it was turned AND when the handle was turned the water either shut off or got to extreme hot or cold."

"Staff at check-in and throughout the stay were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a historic building in a nice walkable downtown with restaurants and shops close by. Everything was clean and in good condition. This one is a winner. I would definitely stay here again."

I texted Matt and asked if he would call me so we could chat about his rental; I have now waited a week and he apparently is not interested in my thoughts. So, I guess I’ll post them to keep others from being disappointed. This is a cute Little Blue Cottage, but I arrived at around 6:00 PM and it was totally dark-no porch light was left on, and house was unlit…not very...
