"As soon as we walked in our room, roaches on the bed, roaches on the chair, roaches on the ceiling. A smashed spider on the wall looked like it had been there for days. We turned and walked out, left to find somewhere else to stay."

"We stayed here on a getaway to visit my mom. We had a great stay on the farm. The barn was clean, and beds were comfortable. We even got to give the horses a treat! Will definitely stay here the next time we’re visiting. "

"After paying for this property there was absolutely no communication from owner. VRBO made several attempts as well. Tax records indicate 0 bedrooms, 0 baths! VRBO did make it right for us by refunding us."

"Got to property late for a parents weekend at Ga Southern… and Kay had let us know how to get in and we were so surprised as to location and how well equipped place was..!! We are planning to come back again with my grandson and our family to enjoy this amazing place.. The outside back covered porch area and fire pit with the pond/lake…just a great spot..!! Highly recommend a stay here .!! Kay the host was great as was the property..!! "
