"Habitación siempre limpia"

"Was charged $50.00 extra to check-in. Arrived 2:10pm at hotel to work 5pm local event. Staff stated check-in time is 4pm. Stayed at 2 other different hotels beforehand in Lynchburg, VA area to work local events and many more nationally and internationally and never charged extra when rooms were available within a reasonable time of posted check-in. Will never stay at Bella Vista Hotel and Suites again. It's a principle and lost a future customer for life."
