"Interesting that some hotels seem to be going to a VRBO way of checking in. GREAT atmosphere, comfy beds, extremely quiet neighborhood. For some reason they seem to have eliminated any for of breakfast, which they used to have. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Humbird! The room was beautiful, clean, cozy and had an amazing view. We had to check in at the Selkirk Lodge and were greeting with friendly and informative service. We were even offered to use the pool and hot tub there instead of at Humbird. The parking in the garage wasconvenient and a great amenity. The dining options were delicious and we received amazing service, the drinks were delicious as well. We didn’t want to leave, and I would absolutely book another...

"Amazing communication! Very attentive host, but not at all bothersome...simply made herself available if needed. It was our anniversary and she left a treat for us as a congratulations. The cabin was CLEAN!!! The bed linens were high end and oh so comfortable. This cabin was built to appear rustic, but don't let it fool you. "We have skied at Schweitzer many times and love the location of the St. Bernard and other lodging near there. The ski in/out is easy and although the apartment is small, it's a great layout for a couple or parent/kid. It is under a bar/restaurant so there will be noise (but also so convenient to have a restaurant upstairs!)"
