"The property is perfect with the refreshing pool, deck for sipping coffee, friendly horses nearby, and the surrounding natural views of Texas Hill country. The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. "

"This house was perfectly located right in JC and very clean! Gary was excellent with communication and coordination. We'll definitely consider this property again on our next trip to JC. "

"I just stayed here for the first time, for a little girls trip to Fredericksburg/Johnson City area with a friend. The cottage was so convenient to Johnson City, and budget friendly as well. We will definitely be returning! "

"Loved staying at the house! Super cute and well stocked - we enjoyed fresh eggs, great coffee and some snacks. Totally would stay again!"

"Last minute trip for the night to the wineries on the way back from our beach trip and this was a perfect little spot to stay! The container is well stocked and the location is lovely set back in the trees. Will definitely keep it in mind the next time we come through."

"Beautiful property...We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and a great place to hang out after day trips to the surrounding area. Relaxing in the heated cowboy pool after a long day at Pedernales State Park was one of the highlights. "

"Perfect location for visiting the wineries on 290. We liked being in Johnson City rather than Fredericksburg. Enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the evening. Inside is updated and had everything we needed. A very enjoyable stay! "
