"The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. "Everything worked except opening kitchen windows,(they opened but needed to be propped open to keep open). House was clean. Mary responded quickly when we found a cracked window, though did not require immediate repair. Well stocked, we did need to find the towels (there was not 10 sets out for use). We enjoy our stay there."

"Overall this residence was expected from description, there were no surprises. The house and property were clean neat and the amenities were a nice touch as well. The communication from the host was clear and direct. We left a couple items behind at the residence and the host went above and beyond to me us to return them.
