The home is right next to an event center so there was a night that the music next door was loud, very late. My family and I felt very safe with the security system and had a very lovely stay. "Three nights in Kennewick with a variety of family members and we found the Goldmine to be the perfect size and location for everyone. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table. We fit 10 around the dining room table. The back yard is under construction, but the patio area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. I would stay...

"This was our second stay at this house, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The home is clean, well-organized, and clearly well-maintained. There’s plenty of space for our two dogs to run around, which we really appreciate. The neighborhood feels very safe and quiet, with several great restaurants nearby. The hot tub is a great bonus — clean and well-kept. This has become our go-to spot when visiting family in West Richland. Highly recommend!"

"Could not have picked a better home to stay at. Just about anything you needed was provided. Everyone thought the beds were so comfortable and the space was perfect for the six of us."

This house was perfect as every bedroom could accommodate adults (no bunk bed rooms). We hosted a rehearsal BBQ on the beautiful back lawn using the 2nd full kitchen. Our wedding party got ready at the house and our photographer loved the sunlit rooms for pictures. Kelly, our host, was so responsive to every question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
