"The front desk people were not clear with directions The bathrobes looked used A coffee pod from a previous guest was left in the coffee maker The pool door we couldn’t open The back pool door was corroded open and couldn’t be closed"

"Enjoyed our stay!!"

"Disfruté mucho mi estancia Todo muy rico y los restaurantes súper cerca y muy buena comida "

"We used a pet friendly filter and neither Orbitz or the hotel mentioned there was a $25 pet fee. It should have been added on the price when we booked! Our good bargain wasn’t a good bargain after all. 😠"

"No me gusto q no hubiese sirloin de res en las comidas"

"The room was very nice, staff was very good and friendly, they thought of everything. Good breakfast and to top it off the price was reasonable! It's on my "A" list"

"Necesito mi recibo de pago , no me lo quisieron dar en el escritorio "

"👍"

"Habitacion amplia y limpia, desayuno cumple. Falta solamente un restaurant, aunque existe un par en las inmediaciones."

"I'm always use this hotel when I go to Bay City. It's excellent!."

"Very bad experience. Started with a very arrogant and rude front desk person. During the night there were very very noise guests, that were screaming and singing for hours in the parking lot right outside the rooms, and the motel was unable to silence them. Bad experience."

"muy comodo para viaje de trabajo, tranquilo y sin ruidos"

"The room was basic and overpriced and the staff didn’t seem to like being bothered. They were very short and seemed unhappy. But the shower had amazing water pressure so they made up for it with that!!"
