"We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. When I asked for extra towels to do so, no one offered to come clean it for us or a different room and they were even hesitant about giving us additional towels.
