"We never received the information through Expedia about the check-in process. When we arrived at the premises, the name on the sign was different than the name of our hotel. It was a guest who told us we were in the right place. We finally got a code because someone else had a phone number that we could call to get our access code. When we walked into the room, there were no lights or heat. We were told that so many people were using heaters that the power kept kicking off. I can’t...

"The location was good, but that was about it. The room used a keypad lock, and getting the code to work took far too long. There was no toilet paper, and the towels were dirty. If you just need somewhere to crash after a might of bar hopping it might do, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay."

"Dirty! Dirty! Paying 200 a night was enough, but this place is filthy. They could've at least wiped surfaces. Pretty sure we were the only ppl there.Door didn't close all the way, flys came in I guess through the crack. It takes very little to give ppl what they pay for. A room without webs, dirty floors dirty sink.Decent property. Just zero effort for guests. These places in Geneva could and should do better"
