"You can see the hotel just got taken over by new owners, rooms are clean amenities like pool gym and spa are ok. Needs a little more cleaning in general, little things need to fix as it’s old and starting to break down. Restaurant is very good , but all depending what manager is there, customer service is lacking"

"The breakfast service is very poor. The woman at the counter is very rude to the guests, which spoils the breakfast. There is no permanent coffee service for guests. The rooms are not quiet. For sure there must be better places to stay at Lewiston. The truth is that there is no good service policy in the establishment."

"Nice view of golf course, but couldn't go on porch... too many flies on sliding glass doors! First room had Hornet nest on bedroom wall inside; 2nd room locked out, battery low on keypad that no one knew how to replace!! Had to leave... manager rarely available to talk to about problems. 2 months later finally got an answer & credit. Terrible experience!"

"The property had a beautiful view of the lake and was conveniently located for attending both the Moxi Festival and the Great Maine Airshow. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked well. There were many outdoor attributes like the gas grill and kayaks that we didnt take advantage of. The cabin is rustic and smelled musty upon arrival but did air out overnight. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with."

"This was a comfortable place to stay for my husband and me on a recent long weekend. Has everything you need to cook, eat, and relax. My only complaint was the floors--cleaning staff may have forgotten to vacuum before we got there, because I wasn't able to walk around in my bare feet without feeling dirt and particles. There was a stick vacuum in the closet which I used to vacuum the place myself, after that I was more comfortable. The important places were clean--kitchen, bathroom and beds....

"Gem of a place to stay visiting our Bates student! House was roomy, very clean, and beds were comfy. Great communication with the hosts. Hope to stay again in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the outdoor spots- balcony on each floor, fire pit area, and lake access. "
