"Needs remodelation and more attencion"

"This was the worst 'hotel' experience we have ever had. This was the only place with vacancies since we were coming to watch a triathlon in nearby Augusta and everywhere else was filled. Just to double check our confirmation, I called on our way and the person at the desk was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. "Customer service was poor They don’t clean room until check out even if u put the sign that they provide saying put it there if u need ur room cleaned and then didn’t!!"

"The breakfast service is very poor. The woman at the counter is very rude to the guests, which spoils the breakfast. There is no permanent coffee service for guests. The rooms are not quiet. For sure there must be better places to stay at Lewiston. The truth is that there is no good service policy in the establishment."

"Nice view of golf course, but couldn't go on porch... too many flies on sliding glass doors! First room had Hornet nest on bedroom wall inside; 2nd room locked out, battery low on keypad that no one knew how to replace!! Had to leave... manager rarely available to talk to about problems. 2 months later finally got an answer & credit. Terrible experience!"

"The property had a beautiful view of the lake and was conveniently located for attending both the Moxi Festival and the Great Maine Airshow. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked well. There were many outdoor attributes like the gas grill and kayaks that we didnt take advantage of. The cabin is rustic and smelled musty upon arrival but did air out overnight. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with."

"Gem of a place to stay visiting our Bates student! House was roomy, very clean, and beds were comfy. Great communication with the hosts. Hope to stay again in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the outdoor spots- balcony on each floor, fire pit area, and lake access. "
