"While this property is only about a year old and looks modern on the surface, our stay was highly disappointing. Despite prominent signs stating the facility is 100% smoke-free and monitored by cameras, the entire hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, while the hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana.Additionally, the room amenities are incredibly misleading. "Had a smoking room, but even the bedding had cigarette burns all over it. The towels were dirty. Pool was closed. Got there Thurs night and left Sunday morning, cleaning people never came in to make the beds, change towels, or take the garbage. Sat morning we had no hot water to take a shower. Took me almost 2 hours to get ahold of someone asking when the pool was going to be open, and they said that it has been closed all season."
