"Everybody was polite and all the furniture in excelent condition and clean We forgot our lenses and headphones! ."

"Room was clean. But, a used bar soap was left in the shower and no bath mat was left. They did bring one when we requested it. Also when we reported that the coffee maker was leaking, they replaced it but never informed us. We could not tell because the coffee and supplies were never replaced and put in a neat order. They also did this when we asked. We shouldn’t have had to ask!"

I spelt something on the floor and when I tell you, I wiped it up, the whole white towl was black, like they have never mop the floors and to think my kids were on the floor playing!! I am gonna definitely try to fight to get my...

"The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. This was a grown woman with not customer service skills.
