"This my second time staying here for my annual footy trip to Melbourne, the first time (last year), I was full of praise. This year not so much. My room was an old adjoining room to the one next door. The occupants of that one fought for a good 2hrs up until I called reception to do something before I called the police. Then in another room, someone thought it was ok to start singing (kind of) at 5am. Second night I was planning on getting up around 5am to go home, next door was at it again, and...

"Appearance can be deceiving when you rock up to the property. The room was cosy, clean and quiet. Bathroom size was relevant to a one bedroom. Easy access via tram to city and walking distance to Victoria Hotel. Host was very responsive and it was easy to access the ground floor unit"
