"The hotel is in a convenient location, surrounded by supermarkets and eateries, and the secured parking for $11 per night was a great bonus. The room and bathroom were clean, and there were plenty of amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the shower, which had both hot and cold options and great water pressure. "Great place to stay. Staff very friendly, apartment was cleaned daily, the building was spotless and we loved the little coffee shop. We went for breakfast every morning. Pool area was beautiful and the views across Albert Park were spectacular. If you’re a sun lover, there’s not enough sun beds for the amount of people staying. We didn’t let it bother us though. Had a great time. "

"Lovely spacious apartment and super clean. Bed was very soft, like sleeping on a cloud! Amenities in the apartment were well provided. The only negative was that late check in was a little difficult as a link to pre check in went missing and the details weren’t provided until later than stated. But once they arrived all was very clear. And the gym needs some new kit - the weights available are sparse and random (although the view is amazing)"

"On check in the staff told us to text them with any issue, the washing machine door handle just comes off in your hand and thus unable to oen the door or do any washing. We text the staff twice in the provided number with no answer at all from the. Had to find a laundry mat to do washing for an event we had to attend. Very poor customer service. "

"We were happy with our stay in a two-bedroom apartment for very good pricing at that time. Our kids loved the pool so much. It would have been even better if there had been oil, salt, and paper towels in the kitchen. The young girl at the reception desk simply read from a memorized instruction manual, she wasn't helpful or friendly. Also, two lights just outside our room flickered on and off all night during our stay. It was creepy. "
