Brocken blinds, outdoor funiture very worn, couches were old and need to be refurbed or replaced and the carpet was so stained and looked terribly dirty and old. "New hotel in excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Spacious room. Roof top restaurant was excellent. Currently hard to find as the local city council has not allowed them to put up their sign on the building and there are no street numbers posted. "

"Had to chase up Motel for after hours details for entry and key for room. Front door of room seemed to have a fist sized dent - air con was very old and rattled very badly so had to turn off. Could not open front window for air flow and small window in bathroom had locks and after front door issue did not feel safe to open"
