"Una pésima experiencia: nos dieron una habitación donde justo al frente realizaban la celebración de un cumpleaños. Llegamos a las 8:00 pm luego de un viaje trasatlántico al hotel y el karaoke, ruidos y risas de la fiesta terminó hasta las 11:30 pm. Aunque nos dijeron 'que el hotel estaba lleno y no podían movernos de habitación', creo que eso no era cierto pues temprano por la mañana siguiente el lugar se veía bastante vacío. No recomiendo este hotel, pues lo que pensé que sería un merecido...

"This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and again another amazing stay. Pauline on reception was so friendly and spoke to us more like a friend. She even thanked us for the leaving a review. We stayed in room 123 which had little steps up to it and was like a hobbits room but super cosy. Even though the hotel was extremely busy the staff couldn't do enough for the guests, always on hand to talk to guests and always had a friendly smile on their face.
