"The property is amazing; Zach had the manager meet us at the house for check in and a tour. He gave us suggestions for places to go/eat. He had a driver pick us up from airport and then we had the same driver take us to a local beach. We walked to the ferry in the morning to ferry over to BVI. Beautiful, beautiful property!"

"This review would be way too long. Suffice to say things did not go excellently. The check in process was never communicated to me and I had to go stay in a hotel as I could not access the property. I finally was able to get in after the manager gave me the unit number and the lockbox code. The unit was fine, but some little things could have been better; 1. There was no hot water 2. "The property was great, very clean and updated. It doesnt have a view of the water, we were only staying one night, so it didnt matter to us. If you dont care about a view of the water this 4 room condo is excellent. Its very quiet and lots of wildlife in the trees."

"This location was amazing! Great view of the sea-easily walkable to restaurants. One just watch out is that it does back up to a main road occasionally used by trucks which can make the walk a bit hairy. I wouldn’t recommend with young kids but for older teens and adults in good shape easy to navigate. Just remember to pull all the way over and keep an eye on cars moving down the hill. "Dave was great from before we got to house and throughout. House was clean and all ameneties needed were there. It was easy to get to market (hill a bit steep) to all beaches and down into town of Cruz Bay. I would recommemd Daves unit to friends or families. We had a great time!"

"Enjoyable stay! Property is very clean both inside and outside. Unit has everything you need in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Coffee is replenished daily. Housekeeping makes the bed and replaces the towels as needed. The views from the patio are amazing! "
