"Helpful staff. We initially had a room (balcony with lake view) with communicating door. Due to noisy neighbour we were reallocated to another room by very helpful hotel receptionist and porter. Our reallocated room was spacious but hotel was not very generous with their toiletries provision. Breakfast menu limited choice and presentation could be improved. Breakfast on day left much to be desired: plates cold, toasts were soggy, food lukewarm, not appetising. Better attempt the next day...

"Check-in after midnight was smooth, but unfortunately the experience after that was disappointing. The night staff told me I could check out at 11:30am. However, when I called in the morning to extend my stay, I was told checkout was strictly at 11:00am. When I spoke to the manager, he said that his staff dont know anything and insisted I leave by 11. I believe staff should be properly trained to give accurate information and honour what is promised to guests. To make things worse, when I asked...

"Nunca nos habíamos hospedado en una cabina, esperábamos un cuarto de hotel y se trataba de una cabina en un Garaje de Caravanas. La calefacción hacía un ruido brutal!! El baño era muy pequeño e incómodo. La limpieza estaba por debajo del promedio. Las cosas positivas es que tiene un lavandería con buenos equipos. Si no tienes carro como fue nuestro caso, ni se te ocurra pues NO hay absolutamente nada cerca. "

"The room is small but has everything you need and it is clean. So was the bathroom. No complains at all about that. The hotel is part of a betting place, which it is weird but, I cannot complain about it. The kitchen was closed as it is been reformed. Breakfast was included but, it was just a box they give you the night before with some cereal, milk, fruit and juice. Unacceptable. Other than that, ok"

"This apartment was value for money and a great place to stay especially for several couples. We were 3 couples and so all had a bathroom. It has wonderful views from all levels, of the sea. The apartment has a great kitchen fully stocked with utensils but if you don't feel like cooking there is a great bristro only two doors down."

"My mother and I stayed at Little Escape West Beach and absolutely loved our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the thoughtful little goodies left for us as well as the well stocked kitchen with all the essentials, which helped us start our stay on the right foot.The apartment has modern styling and furnishings and is cosy yet very comfortable, with plenty of space for the two of us. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had great night’s sleep....

"Mattress was made upside down, so the springs stuck out, + scratched me. We were getting electrocuted if our hands were wet wen opening the door. All windows on top level had no screens. Very unsafe for children.!"
