"The Bay Break is such a unique property, and communication with the host was superb! We were so impressed with all of the details that went into this property like toiletries, plenty of clean towels, and kitchen basics. Really incredible. The only reason for 4/5 stars on cleanliness is that perhaps the doors were open from a lot with previous tenants because there were so many bugs on the first floor of the house!Overall, any guest would be lucky to stay at this property! "This house is huge and has lots of different indoor and outdoor gathering spaces so the kids and adults in our group of three families didn’t have to be on top of each other in one living space the whole time. Big firepit area and huge lawn were great, and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. There’s a place to buy fresh crabs, oysters, and shrimp very close by, and the house has everything you need for a crab night. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind."
