"This was a last minute booking due to another rental not having heat. The host did meet us upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. She communicated quickly and clearly. The place was clean and cozy. It is in a basement so the ceiling is low. I’m 6’3” and I was always stooped over. We were the host’s first guests. "The host was so amazingly responsive. The cottage is beautiful; the grounds are beautiful. It is very private, as described with lovely views and so much space! My dog had a blast running laps around the yard. Sunrises were really lovely, either from the screened in porch, the deck in the yard, the dock, and even the window of the primary bedroom. "Really loved my stay at Kelly's place. Cozy and quiet, yet just a short ride into town. Kelly responded right away whenever I had a question and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area."
