"We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange"

That Expedia/VRBO had took her listing off of the site (even though it was listed when I booked it.) and I had to contact expedia for a refund. This was JULY 4th. There was nothing else available. Expedia said they couldnt help me even though I have pictures and confirmation of renting. And I had to cancel my trip with my family due to having no where to stay! "This house was by far the best VRBO experience I have ever had. This quant little house was spotlessly clean, even in the basement around the furnace. Every room had a nightlight, a fan, extra bedding, pillows, stacks of nice plush towels, kleenex, extra toilet paper, light switches labeled….absolutely everything you could possibly need. There was a wonderful gift basket with local items, bottles of water in the fridge, and a bag of ice in the freezer. Absolutely everything you could possibly...

"Great spot! The pool , games , setup were great for a large group! Fast response time for Hottub issue- within minutes someone was there and it was fixed ! Would definitely rent it again. Beds were comfortable as well and fully stocked kitchen "
