"My husband and I had a lovely stay. The gorgeous view alone would have been plenty, but the entire place was cozy, well-furnished, comfortable, clean, charming, and quiet. Had a great time trying to spot birds in the trees with kindly provided binoculars—which was just the kind of low-key activity we were looking for. It exceeded our expectations. "

"Very nice cabin. Secluded but yet close to raystown and trough creek parks. Had everything we needed. Host was very nice and accommodating. Definitely worth going! Hope to go back in the fall."

"We had a phenomenal time at Alan’s mountain home. We skied 2 days, we easily walked to the lift and came home for lunch and went back out. It is so nice to not have to get in your car with the gear. The house is huge and had everything we needed. We had 3 families with young children and we all slept well, felt safe and made amazing family memories. "We come to this cabin every year-- five years in a row now-- and we love it. It's clean, comfortable, the bird watching is excellent, and it's so quiet and relaxing.If this property ever went up for sale I'd buy it so fast."

"We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home. The setting is amazing. The hosts were extremely helpful before and during our stay. When there was a minor issue with the house during our stay, there was someone on site within the hour. You won't be disappointed with the house, the views, or the hosts. 5 stars all the way!"
