"Good location, great view, great space. Couple of things let it down. You can see they do a clean between visitors but there is no sign of deep cleans. So much dust/stains. Seeing all that dust meant I didn’t trust the kitchen to be clean and only used it to make a cup of tea after washing the cup. It might have been clean but maybe it wasn’t. It is a bit of a shock when you walk into the property as there is low light and black walls with intense looking faces. Felt unsafe on initial approach....

"What a beautiful house, fantastic location within minutes walk to CBD, supermarket around the corner and Uni Tas on the next block.We used it for a business trip but would happily use it for personal, especially for when there are events on in Launceston like the AFL or Festivale as you are right on their door step"

"We loved our stay here in Launceston. The accommodation was fantastic, beautifully clean and well presented. One of the things I was most nervous about coming to Launceston in autumn was that I would be very cold but this accommodation had excellent heating and I was toasty warm inside. We are keen to come back and would absolutely book this accommodation again."
