Hotel staff are very friendly and most helpful, I would especially like to mention a young lady whose name I believe is Elisha, who went above and beyond to help me during my stay. "The apartment was wonderful and clean. It was perfect for 2 people to come and go as they please and not disturb anyone else living on the property. The parking was a little more difficult with being a busy road as we found street parking to be the easier option. "

"Increíble lugar, diferente a lo convencional, super alegre, colorido, muy buena energía y muy atentos todo el perdonal. Las habitaciones tal vez un poco pequeñas y no tan fáciles para 3 adultos pero muy contentos de haber elegido Room2. Abbey en recepción fue maravillosa. Regresaría sin dudarlo."

"El hotel está bien ubicado. En cuanto al personal, nos encontramos en la recepción tanto con personal amable como quienes no lo fueron tanto. El conserge, Peter, muy atento. Lo que me pareció terrible del hotel, que se supone es 5 estrellas, fue el estado de la regadera, no se si era sucio o moho en las esquinas de la ducha, pero no quise averiguarlo. Un hotel supuestamente 5 estrellas no puede tener instalaciones con estos defectos."
