"Pros: Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help. If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location! Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach. Negatives: I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in. The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep. The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night. The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel....

"Wonderful stay! The bungalows are comfortable, the food is great, the personnel really couldn’t be any nicer, and the hotel is on the frontline of the sea within a short walk to the whale shark watching centre. The staff are amazing! "

"The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. "The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. There were also about a dozen ants inside the bathroom that I spotted. If anything, the bathroom can certainly be upgraded. The area around the property is very noisy with traffic. But if I would shut the bathroom window...

"The room bathroom and cabinets needed major renovation. It looks the same way from when I went in 2018. There were small cockroaches that came out when I was in the shower and around the sink. The towel rack was about to fall and hit me in the shower as well. Overall the breakfast was the only thing that was good with our stay. "
