We had a great stay at Windsong! We had 15 people and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Multiple living rooms and hang out spaces. Refrigerators on each level of the home is a great perk! The rooms are all spacious with private bathrooms. The backyard is awesome. This was our favorite spot as a family to hang out. The grill was great for a backyard BBQ. The pool was a big hit with the adults and the kids! The fact that it’s heated was a big plus. The golf cart made it easy to run everyone to the beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach access as well just one block straight down the road! The neighborhood is great and the house is close to everything. This property is beautiful and very well kept. The communication with the owner was great. Any small issue we had was promptly taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home.

Large house/Outstanding location

This house fit the bill for our large family reunion. It was so nice to have ensuites in every room. We had 17 people in this house and you would never know it because there is so much room. We enjoyed hanging outside by the pool and the kids were in the pool much of the vacation. The location can’t be beat just two blocks from the beach. The golf cart was handy to transport our group to and from the beach with their belongings and to make nightly trips to Buster’s ice cream. There were a couple of items that needed maintenance that should have been reported by previous renters. You can’t see everything with just a walk thru. I reported them and by the next morning they were there fixing them and they were so nice and accommodating asking if we needed anything else.I will tell you to bring beach/pool towels. Or you can just buy them there and get some great souvenirs.

Great house for a large family vacation

House was large enough our family could stay together. Nice pool. Large refrigerator/freezer combination. Enjoyed the golf cart & bicycles. Easy check-in. Host answered my questions quickly. Would highly recommend this house for a large gathering.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

The home was gorgeous and the space was fantastic for our multi families. Great location and centrally located to anything we needed. The response time to repair tire on golf cart was unexpectedly quick. Yard and home is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location Perfect House

This was our 7th year in a row staying in this area and this house was by far the best place we have stayed. It was immaculate when we got there. Everything that was listed as being there was. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The home was decorated beautifully. You can tell an attention to detail was used. The pool was perfect. There were plenty of dishes, utensils etc,. Maybe it could use a few more larger bowls for group dinners but that is it. The bedrooms were all large and well appointed. Definitely one of nicest places we have stayed down there.

We had a lovely time at your beautiful house.

Our stay was wonderful. We reported a couple of minor issues that were addressed immediately. The home was beautiful with plenty of room for our group of fifteen, ages from three years of age to grandparents in their seventies. Everyone had a great time. We especially loved the fact that every bedroom had a king sized bed and access to its own bathroom. We had more than enough room for our group. Can’t say enough about how comfortable the home was for everybody. We really enjoyed the golf cart. Thank you so very much for your wonderful hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. Just like the description says. Pool was Awesome. Place was clean. Close to everything. Golf cart was a hit with the kids. Safe and Clean Neighborhood.

Family Vacation

Overall the house was wonderful. The proximity to the beach was super close and easy by foot or golf cart. The pool was a huge hit with all the kiddos we had. The house layout was perfect for a large group and allowed plenty of privacy. There were just a few little things that would have made the stay 5 stars for us. There was nowhere to hang towels. Our bathroom and almost every other bathroom did not have towel hooks, some did not even have a towel bar. We had to get creative with drying bathroom towels. Also outside it would have been great to have somewhere to hang towels from the pool or beach. Something we struggled with the most was the poor quality of cookware. The pans looked like they have been used a million times, the skillet was warped and didn’t cook evenly. There were very minimal mixing bowels as well. It made things difficult with such a large group. We had to go out and purchase measuring spoons, cups, etc.

Great Beach Vacation

Really enjoyed this house. Newly built house, great location, close to the beach. Enjoyed the golf cart that came with rental. Loved having the swimming pool. Would definitely rent again!!!!!!

The house is beautiful.

We had 17 adults in our group. We cooked in a lot at the property. There are plenty of dishes and silverware. Our only complaint is the pots and pans were horrible. We ended up buying pots, pans, baking pans, and mixing bowls. The non stick pans were gross and baking pans we could not get them clean. There were only a few mixing bowls just not big enough. This was our only issue at this property. We would definitely stay here again.
