The description of the house is not accurate. It needs alot of work. Most of the outlets did not work. The pool area was a mess. Bricks sticking up. Chipped tiles. The hot tub didn’t work. We had no hot water called for maintenance. I was told they would be there in 30 minutes. They didn’t come for 4 days. We needed up figuring out how to fix it ourselves. I would suggests the owners put some time and money into this house because it could be a beautiful property. The weeds around the pool area was disappointing because it blocked the view of the lake.

DO NOT STAY UNTIL PROPERTY IS UPDATED

This house is NOT as advertised. Many things are broken. Carpets are disgustingly dirty. The hottub makes a terribly loud and annoying sound when jets are on. The pool was dirty upon arrival. The beds are very outdated, lumpy, and the mattresses are the cheapest you can buy. The location however is excellent and the bones of the property are really great. If updated / renovated this is a prime location, quiet, and could be a top 10 listing in the area.

Great vacation

Although we had a couple of small problems on arrival, host was quick to respond and fix. We liked the security of a gated community and really loved the lake view. Will definitely consider renting again as the house is close to the beach and all the places we wanted to visit.

House was amazing, plenty of room for the whole family. The heated pool was fantastic for the kids, they were able to enjoy the pool even when it was chilly outside

Overall the property was nice, great locaqtion being very close to the beach, and very large house with more than enough bathrooms for everyone. Only downfall is it didn't have very many amenities, such as no coffee filters to brew coffee, no seasonings for cooking, no board games of even cards.

Not what is expected.

This home is not what the listing photos show. We had multiple issues from the very first hour upon arriving. the grass in the front and backyard is so overgrown you can tell it hasn’t been touched in months. The jets / heating on the hot tub did not work. There was multiple cracks and holes in the interior tiles. There was mold in the showers, one of the showers only had hot water that was unbearable to shower in. Several bathrooms did not have working outlets. The carpets in all bedrooms were so disgusting and stained. The construction next door was so loud and the crew continuously parked in the driveway of the home we rented. We had to ask daily for them to move their vehicles. We contacted the customer service for the rental company with the home and dealt with nothing but rude , unprofessional and unhelpful representatives. The only person willing to help was the property manager of the home, she personally came to the property to resolve the issues with the hot tub, mold in the showers and the outlets. She also had a carpet cleaning company come during our stay, to clean the carpets because they were so terribly disgusting. The gate to keep anyone out of the back patio was no longer secure because of the construction next door. The gate leading down to the lake was electrical taped together, there were ant hills covering the back patio around the pool / hot tub to the point we were having to rinse the entire patio off. I have more to say but have run out of characters.

Paradise Rendezvous House

Disappointed that we were unable to use their golf cart. Also though we were supposed to have access to the Destiny Club we did not. The house was nice with a lot of space. It does, however, need some maintenance. Dishwasher soap holder was broken. Master shower faucets were not right, handle off a door. The carpets all need to be replaced or flooring put down. They all had stains from spills and looked awful. Makes the house “feel” dirty. Nice location with a beautiful view. Cushions on pool lounges have not held up well. Enjoyed the hot tub and nice to have our own pool even though if we wanted it heated (we opted not to) there would be an extra daily fee. This we were not made aware of until we checked in.

House needs lots of updates

The house is beautiful but needs lots of updates! The bar stools and carpets are disgusting and so dirty! There were what looked to be roaches upstairs and it just made our stay uncomfortable! The neighborhood is beautiful and we have stayed in this neighborhood several times but this house definitely needs updated and a good cleaning! Also the pool was not working completely and the fridge took forever to get cold.

Rendezvous

The chairs outside need cushions . No electric plugs worked outside. The water was cut off while we there . So I had to take time out of my vacation to handle that!! The doors going outside are hard to close . The ice maker in fridge doesn’t work. Had to go by ice for our drinks.
