Great Family Vacation!!!

The property was great. Amazing views of the Gulf. Pool was awesome! Kitchen light went out mid week, called the office and they had it replaced the same day. Master bath tub was slow to drain, but other than that, we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend for a large family.

Awesome get-away

We had a terrific time at the beach condo! We enjoyed watching the hurricane come in and we’re super happy that it did not hit us at all! Just a bit of rain! Restaurants were all closed just a short Uber drive away and accommodations were super! Will definitely be back!

Summer 2024

Wonderful listing, exactly as described. Outstanding booking service on the front end and along the way. All 3 elevators were out of service when we arrived but restored overnight and worked without interruption the rest of the week. Another negative was the strong smell of tobacco and pot every morning, when we ate breakfast on the balcony. The odor floated from neighboring balconies. Would rent this unit again.

Great Family Trip!

We absolutely loved this property. We stayed in late March over spring break. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Would recommend bringing your own beach chairs, but if you don't the beach service guys(for an added fee) were very nice and easy to work with. However they took our umbrellas down one afternoon early due to the wind. The weird thing is that the umbrellas on the properties on the either side of us were left up-which was annoying as the sun was intense. But this has nothing to due with property owner itself. The unit is very nicely decorated and is in great condition. Should mention it is on the 17th floor-so that takes some getting used to! We saw dolphins off of the balcony just about every morning and evening of our stay which was awesome. The road is very busy near the condo however we had no problem walking to some of the places-just make sure you use the crosswalk!! Condo has plenty of pots, pans, utensils etc. Make sure you read through what the owners do and do not supply! No extra paper products are supplied-but we brought our own. The beach and the water are absolutely beautiful. Pool was a little cold, but we didn't really want to use it much any way. Overall loved our stay and would for sure stay there again.

Minor details.

The website made it look bigger than what it is. The condo was nice, but the sliding glass doors are horrible. They leak and every time the wind blows, they whistle. The property manager had asked said twice that she was going to bring as new towels because of the leaking door however, she never came with towels. The gates to the proper day code change. Twice in she forgot to get them To us..

We loved this property. Great location, clean and well appointed. Our favorite activity was morning coffee on the patio watching the marine life. We saw many sting rays, schools of fish, dolphins and a few sharks too. We were blessed with great weather, sunny and very warm. Thank you!

Location to the beach was the primary reason we selected this condo and it did not disappoint. The condo itself was very clean and highly enjoyable, and the process to rent and stay was simple and frustration-free. You'll enjoy it, and we'll be back in the future.

Destin ‘22

We had a wonderful stay in Destin. The condo looked right over the water and had a full view from the master bedroom to the balcony. Perfect for access to the beach and enjoyed the amenities of the pool. The rooms were spacious and it was so nice to have a full kitchen and enough rooms/showers to go around.

So Disappointed

I booked this property as a surprise for my wife's 40th birthday. She and I were supposed to spend the weekend there with her 3 best friends. Our 12 month old daughter was admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit the day before we were supposed to fly to Florida. I called and explained this to guest services and they said they couldn't do anything and I would need to speak to someone in reservations. I called and left a voicemail for the lady in reservations. She called me back and said there was nothing they could do. We could not reschedule for another date or get a refund. We spent a lot of money on this rental and it is extremely disappointing that they would not work with us at all given the circumstances. (I only wanted to give 1 star to the communication with property manager and overall rating as I don't know what the other categories were, but I was required to rate each category.)

Family getaway 2022
