Very nice townhome. It isn’t directly on the beach, can’t see if from the home but it’s a short minute walk. It was also nice being right next to the pool. The host was very easy to be in contact with. Only issue we had (besides having a difficult time finding the place in the dark) was the amenities listed that there was shampoo and basic soap. There were 2 tiny bottles of shampoo, which would last 2 days & we found 1 sliver of soap in one bathroom under the sink, there was no hand soap for other bathrooms. We thought basic soap would include some hand soap of some kind at least. We had to buy some the next day, plus shower soap. I know each place is different, we’ve gone from having shampoo & shower dispensers in the bathrooms & to leave the beds unmade. There was a lot of housekeeping stuff to take care of before we left. All in all it was great once we got those few things taken care of.

This is the third time we have stayed at this specific unit and really enjoy our ourselves. The owners have made updates over the years to keep the unit fresh and clean. The beach service is one of the top reasons why we come keep coming back, plus the affordability.

This townhome comes with everything a family would need in a beach vacation. The host’a attention to detail with complimentary supplies made our time so easy. We appreciated the convenience of all the beach gear (wagon, toys, towels, pop up table) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances (air fryer, Keurig, crock pot). This is a perfect property for a family!

We had a fantastic week vacation at Southbay. The townhome was very clean and was decorated beautifully. Quick walk to the beach and beach chairs and umbrella set up everyday by Taylor who was exceptionally accommodating. Our hosts communicated quickly with check in and any questions and requests. Will be booking this unit again next year.

Our family absolutely loved our stay! The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The location was awesome - right next to the pool and the beach was just a short walk. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Location from crab islandAnd harbor walk was only about 6 minutes which worked for us because we don’t like to be in the middle of the craziness. Patrick and Rita were always available - communication was awesome! We will totally be back.

It was a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed being so close to the pool. The chair service was great as well as the extras the owners provided--beach toys, umbrellas, chairs. Girls trip

We had a wonderful trip celebrating Mother’s Day in Destin. The townhouse had everything that we needed and was close to the beach and swimming pool. The boardwalk across the lake was a great place to have a morning walk. The owners were very communicative , accessible and nice. I would definitely recommend this townhouse.

Relaxing spring getaway

This townhouse was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen, is decorated in a calming beach theme and is located in a gated community. We felt very safe. The property grounds are maintained well and the beach was always ready for our arrival with chairs and umbrella. Host provided all check in information ahead of our arrival and everything went seamlessly. Our teens loved the beach and the nearby seafood, Sushi and breakfast restaurants. We also had fun feeding the birds and turtles at the little lake area. We would’ve liked to play tennis, pickleball or fishing but did not have the equipment needed.

Christmas Getaway

The property is stunning. The beach is feet away from the front door. Destin is a beautiful town with a lot of things to keep you busy even in the off-season. Patrick was a wonderful host, very informative and helpful from the day we booked until after we checked out. We will be back!! Great experience!
