Beautiful views!

We loved our stay at Unpack and Unwind! The balcony had beautiful views and we even saw some dolphins. The beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus. We even extended our stay an extra day. We will be back!

Nice property. The only issue I had was kitchen pans weren’t very good, and there were no cookie sheets. Otherwise, a very nice property right on the beach. Loved the view from our room.

Run down...

Unit 203 needs serious attention. Trash in room when we entered, chunks of wall missing, mattress on sofa bed is about 2 inches thick and falls through springs when you lay on it. Jenky shower head with shotty pressure and even worse hot water supply. Weird looks like hand cut out sticker decorations in bathroom, they changed the beach chair procedure twice while we were there, the balcony screen door is really hard to open because of the disintegrating frame, the rub they describe in listing is actually filthy and matted to itself on ends, the beach and water had tons of trash washing up and hitting you in legs while in water. Because the beds both suck(bedroom one is hard and leaves you feeling bruised) we never had a good nights sleep. I have photos of everything detailed here so hit me up! Don't stay here!!

Great view!

Great room balcony view, easy beach access from the stairs. Could use a update, kind of has the "landlord" special with lots of things painted over and caulked up. Also someone else mentioned there was a few bugs that came out of the baseboards at night. Not sure what they were but needs to be looked at. Overall space and location was nice, I would probably stay again if it got updated a bit!

Great room - Great location!!

I had about 4 properties in mind when I was looking for a place to stay during a short vacation to celebrate my best friend's birthday. I decided on this one and I'm so very glad I did. The unit was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The only negative was the pull-out sofa. It has definitely seen better days and is 100% unusable to sleep on. But everything else was perfect. GREAT views. Very quiet location. It was perfect. I would highly recommend this unit (and Holiday Surf & Racquet club in general) to anyone who is looking for an alternative to hotels or high-rise condos.

Good family location

We came to Destin for our first time to switch it up from our normal destination of gulf shores. As a side note, if you’re a cyclist, this is not the town to visit. Locals in this town do not like cyclists. That’s about the only reason we wouldn’t come back. The room was great. Location was good. The walk to the beach was nice and short. I liked this room because it was located further out on the building vs inward by the pool so you had a better view of the beach and didn’t have the loudness that comes with being close to pools. I’d recommend any room 1-4 on the lower levels. So this room was perfect. Would recommend for your stay!
