The location is excellent and the unit itself was clean, with a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen.Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly disrupted. During my stay, I accommodated approximately eight separate contractor visits (HVAC, electrician, pest control, maintenance, etc.). In addition, unscheduled window replacement required me to move units mid-stay.The level of disruption was far beyond what most guests would reasonably expect, and there was little effort to offset the inconvenience. Communication became uncomfortable toward the end, which made resolving concerns difficult.Future guests may want to confirm that all major maintenance projects are complete prior to arrival and clarify included amenities such as beach equipment, access to pickleball, and grills.
