Very clean and Great Amenities

The condo was very clean and had access to great amenities with an amazing location in relation to the beach and shopping district. Rules were a bit strict, but nothing outrageous.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were a nice size. The balcony was nice to sit out on in the morning before it got too hot. The beach chairs were a wonderful added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was convenient to anything you’d want to do off property. We would recommend this to others.

Great Getaway

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week with our family at the beach! Our only quirks were the left master sink was plugged and sometimes the people at the pool were loud late into the night, it not overwhelmingly. Unfortunately the beach itself has a major slope and is hard to walk sometimes but the water and sand were gorgeous! The condo was great and had everything we needed, and we loved the two pool options as well!

Amazing spring break!

We were a group of 6 and this condo was perfect for us! Plenty of room! Great location and proximity to beach, stairs and elevators. Very easy walk to the beach! The guy who set up chairs and umbrellas was so helpful and had us all set up every morning. The beach was not over crowded or crazy! We loved every minute spent on this beach! The condo had all appliances, dishes, cups, towels, blankets, pillows and even boogie boards! Super clean! Thanks for a great stay! Booking for next summer as soon as we can!

Not happy with the cleaningness

When arriving to the condo room 213 to where we are staying from 10/16-10/19 I wasn't a happy guess having to see this type of filth. It really made be unhappy because it was something I had to lay on. I always check the bedding for the cleaningness where ever I will be staying. In observation of the bed I found hair strands, blood stains, and stains on the mattress pad cover, food crumbs. Yes, they came and removed it but as they changed the bedding when leaving the room while collecting the dirty bedding they placed the dirty things on the clean bedding. I don't know if they understand cross contamination or not but if I wanted to be ugly I should have asked for them to change the new bedding. Also as I went into the bathroom it was long hair strands of hair handing on the bath towels so we didn't use anything in the bathroom. Then I will stay as we sat on the couches there were some crumbs on the arms of the couch. These things make me really upset because you all charge for house keeping and things like that but the ones that's there to clean before we come isn't doing a good job at all to clean. I feel like I should be compensated for some of my stay because I should have to see any of that it was just nasty. Another thing the first bathroom tub doors has so much rust on them that they could be replaced. What ridiculous is that it's hair in the tub and it has to be cleaned because it wastnt and that's so nasty thats not acceptable if someone is supposed to be cleaning them they need to do that. Everyone that was with me either had bald head or short hair and all of this observation was done before we done anything in there. I don't know who is checking these rooms but somebody needs to.

Fantastic Beach Condo!

Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable! We had a lovely stay. Second floor location is perfectly convenient to lobby, parking lot, pools, and beach access. Friendly staff and well cared for property.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was cutely decorated and close to the beach. We felt safe and parking was available. The on-site property management staff was available and responsive. The condo is not super clean. The coverlets were not washed between people’s stays, lots of dust, mildew in shower stalls, sand and hair in master bed I think because of the dirty coverlet. We requested new sheets and a blanket and they promptly provided. Sucked on tic tac candy on floor in second bedroom so I spent about 2 1/2 hours cleaning the first night but after we really enjoyed it. The kitchen worked well, appliances great and cold A/C. Felt safe, good for families.
