My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here. We’ve been coming to Destin, for vacation, for a few years now. This place tops all the others. This place was absolutely over the top, on all aspects. From the huge balcony with exceptional views. The balcony runs from the master bedroom all the way back to the living room and kitchen areas. And, you can access the balcony from all three areas. The huge master bedroom, with walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub was also fantastic. We found nothing lacking in the kitchen. Everything you need to prepare and cook meals, as far as cook ware and utensils. In the washroom, there is a full size washer and dryer, along with ironing boards and an iron. Much to our surprise, there are also small fans in the closets. This may not mean much to some, but we haul a fan around wherever we go. So staying in a place that has fans is not a normal find. Overall, I think we would be hard pressed to find anything better. There is absolutely nothing that would keep us from staying here in the future.

We had a great time at this property. It is absolutely stunning. We appreciated that there were plug-in fans, extra pillows, and blankets. The decorations were beautiful as well as the artwork by Beatrice. I loved the personal touch. My favorite was the rear balcony that overlooked the ocean. What a beautiful view to wake up to. I would highly recommend this property!

The condo and location were amazing. Family of six that included 2 grandparents and 2 tired parents that needed R&R. The location was phenomenal for first timers. The condo was perfectly outfitted with many kitchen appliances I was trying to avoid, but needed! I hope to be the first to return next year. Coming from a resort town says a lot. So, if it isn’t us that is able to rent this beautiful condo, I wish many family memories and blessings on the next guests. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for our family! Our newborns first trip to the beach and she had a blast as did we! The balcony was so nice as it faced this beach, which was perfect every morning! Bedrooms were wonderful and each room has balcony access. We will definitely be staying again and bringing more family!

The unit is beautiful and spacious. The pictures accurately reflect the condo and the views. The check-in/out process was easy and required little interaction with staff. The elevators were always fast and never much of a wait. The parking garage provided assigned parking right near the door. The property is at a stoplight which helps when leaving the condo. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. I especially liked how the beach chair assignments worked. You would use your key fob on a board each morning to be provided your chair location. Because this is owned by a property company, there were “little things” missing that I have come to expect from private owners on Vrbo. For example, the linens were low quality - scratchy sheets and towels, subpar ice maker and no ice machine on site, poor A/C in the master bedroom despite turning it down to 62, no information about the area or recommended restaurants, no hair dryer (!), no board games or cards and no access to a beach closet. In addition, the condition of the unit was a bit scruffy…pictures and TVs hung crooked, there was hair on the master toilet seat when we arrived (yuck!), lots of scuff marks and built up mildew in the shower. I splurged on this condo and, for the price tag, expected better. I would not recommend renting from Compass.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Very clean & spacious. The pictures online are nothing compared to how truly beautiful the unit is. My family & I enjoyed the views from each room. Definitely will be booking again!

This was our family’s 2nd year staying at Silver Beach Towers and we were thrilled with the beautiful interior and layout of the rooms. The children especially loved the 82” tv in the living room - perfect for their video games! The extended oceanfront balcony was perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching the dolphins and stingrays playing in the waves. This particular unit was a little bit small for 4 adults and 2 tweens, but we made it work. Highly recommend this condo for other families.

We had s great stay at this condo ..beautiful and super clean! There were a few minor repairs that we reported, and they were tended to immediately. Staff were excellent..check-in and departure a breeze.

I won't be renting with The company who is managing this property again. The property is exactly as described. A very nice 3 BR, 3 bath 15th floor overlooking a fabulous beach. That's where it ends. This management company doesn't provide coffee (not even for the 1st day), hair dryers, toilet paper (1 roll per bath room), paper towels (1 roll), beach towels and no kleenx (tissue) in the place. So we had to use the TP sparingly. 3 ladies who have been on the beach all day, wash their hair and WHAT!, no hair dryer? Even the cheapest of hotels provides a hair dryer. We're all world travelers, and by far this is the cheapest resort company we've encountered. Get it together or you'll be losing more and more business.
