Good location, nice pool and hot tub. When we arrived, there was hair in the drawers in the MBR and hair and dirt in the bathtub. There was also months of dust accumulated on the fan in the living room and on the lamps. They had to send the cleaning crew back out to clean up. The drinking glasses in the cabinets were dirty and had to be cleaned.

Family Vacation

Property was very spacious. Loved the huge sofa !!! I would suggest an upgrade to the dishwasher. Seemed not to completely clean the dishes. Overall it was a perfect location. We all enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location

A nice stay with an awesome pool area.

This house was perfect for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was awesome - plan on spending lots of time there during your stay. Management/owner were very responsive to questions and a few minor issues that cropped up, which were very quickly resolved. Nice quiet neighborhood that seems to work hard to keep things that way.

Nice house and great location! Needs cleaned better!

This house was a great property and great location to the beach. The backyard setup is really nice! However, house majorly needs cleaned DEEPLY. This would prevent us from renting again in the future. You literally could not walk in the house without your shoes. We all started wearing shoes in the house after we noticed the bottoms of our feet were turning black. There was hair in the shower and hair/dust in most of the corners. It was obviously only superficially cleaned. It needs a deep clean more often. The responsiveness from management team is second to none but I would recommend a new cleaning service pronto!

Beach trip

The property was great and in a very good location. We had a large group with two families and loved our time. We rented a golf cart which was great as well. The pool and outside areas worked great for our group. We had a group of teenagers so the seperate room above garage was excellent for giving them some space.

Great, large home with awesome pool and close walk to the beach.

It was wonderful, though quite pricy. Close to the beach and we walked ever day. The pool was wonderful, and we were gone every day; goofy golf, go carts, real golf , pedicures, the wharf, tour of Elgin with a Colonel we knew, Top Gun movie, multiple meals out! The home was perfect for 11 of us, and my daughter and son in law loved the walk off private part of the house. Kristi Quinn

Amazing property for big gatherings!

We stayed for a week with 9 adults and had an amazing time! The pool and hot tub is the perfect break from the beach allowing for poolside BBQ, relaxation and fun. Close distance to the beaches so you can walk or take a short drive to local restaurants and bars. The HOA wrote us tickets for parking our vehicles in the driveway, citing one for being a commercial vehicle (my friend owns a gym and has a window wrap). The other had a camper top on the top of his truck and was cited for having an RV. Each night we were cited $50 x 2. The parking restrictions does not list these rules, but nothing has been done to take care of these issues by the Property Manager or host. Both vehicles are registered as privately owned. The guy wrote tickets at 0130. When there were issues with the pool, the manager quickly came to fix the issues and was really nice. Great guy! Other than the bogus tickets this was worth the money with a big group.

"Top Shelf" in Destin

Our family had a wonderful time at the property. The pool was excellent, so much so that it was difficult to get the kids out of the water, they were having so much fun! The property was clean and location great. Communication with the property manager was excellent and all of our needs/questions were answered and taking care of quickly.

Great location and excellent property manager!

Our party of 12 loved this house! The pool wasn't heating properly when we arrived and the property manager came quickly to fix the situation. He came back the next day to check on us and then we had him come back again the next day to bring more propane for the grill. We cannot say enough good things about the attention and service (especially since this was over the Christmas holiday). We loved the huge kitchen and found everything we needed there to cook many meals for 12. There was plenty of seating and beds. Our only complaint was we needed more linens (there were less pillow cases and towels than people), but didn't want to cause any more problems so made do with what we had. We highly recommend this place!

Amazing House and Location

This house was more than expected. My group had such an amazing time. Very spacious place and the pool was just amazing added feature that made our stay that much better. Beach access and restaurant was in walking distance. Could not have asked for a better place.

Fabulous family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf with plenty of room for our 10 family members. The highlight was the pool and hot tub that was enjoyed by all. Also the nice outdoor furniture that we could spread out and enjoy being outdoors. Our only disappointment was the full trash bins in garage that were left from previous occupants that we had to bring to curb. We were made aware of trash day but thought it was only our trash we were responsible for- sadly we had left one recycle bin up near garage at night and that is not allowed in neighborhood so we were charged $50 from deposit- no trash cans can be visible from road and the HOA is very strict so be aware they are very strict on that issue. other than that it was a wonderful stay and we were sad to leave and would definitely return to Top Shelf again!!

Great vacation!

The location of the house was very convenient and easy to find. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved that the pool area offered privacy and shade. The little bar by the pool was a fun place to hang out. The kitchen was well-appointed and liked that we had an extra full-size refrigerator in the garage. There was plenty of room for all ten of us. We had a fun vacation!
