We stayed a couple houses down earlier this year & just had to stay in the same area again! The walk to the beach is so close & convenient with littles. Having the outdoor pool/spa was a bonus. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for cooking seafood!! Plenty of room for all of us. The only thing that could have been better was the pool heat. We immediately contacted the host knowing it wasn’t heating right. They had a couple of different people out & it was correct after a couple of days. Otherwise everything was great!!

Perfect stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! It was a perfect spot for a group of 20 celebrating a bachelorette. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! A great location, close to all the fun spots and a super short walk to the beautiful beach! Would definitely stay again

Beautiful property super close to the beach entry!

11 of us came to spend nurses week in Destin! The house was beautiful and so close to the private beach entry. The management company was so responsive for any needs we had. Great communication. We loved all the balcony’s and the pool/hot tub area was great. Big open kitchen/living room area for meals and socializing. We had a great time at this property!

Christmas in Florida!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was AMAZING!! Close to everything and literally across from the beach. It would have been even better if the weather had been sunny! But we made the best of it. I think there was a little confusion on the sleeper sofas as we didn’t find one of them in the home however there were still plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably! Communication with the host was top tier! I’d certainly stay here again and recommend it to others staying in the area!

Great house, real close to beach.

This was a great house to stay at and was very close to the beach. The communication with Compass resorts was amazing. They were quick to jump on any issues, or answer any questions we had. They took care of any of the headaches on a vacation. Would highly recommend.

Dunes of Destin

We have been coming to this subdivision for many years. We love the location & private beach! The house is large enough to accommodate our family with a private restroom for each. With plenty of family area to sit & catch up. The group wants to return next year for the same week!

Higher expectations

The house was nice. I think when you list that you have a hot tub you should really emphasize that you must pay separately to have it heated. Not in some fine print. The swimming pool was littered with flowers from a tree the first day and was cleaned out after the second day Other than the small snake found on the first floor .. it was a good stay

Spring Break 2024

This beach house was beautiful, exactly as listed! The location was perfect, we never drove more than 10 minutes to get anywhere and the beach was literally a few steps away! There was 10 of us and we all slept comfortably, each couple having a room to themselves! The only con was the Wi-Fi, my daughter didn’t get to watch her favorite YouTube channel each morning. Other than that, this house was perfection!

Excellent Property for our type of Stay

Everyone couple had their own room and bathroom. If you get the pool heated, make sure they turn the heat on 2 days prior to your arrival. Excellent communication with the host.

Ideal multi-family location

We had 3 families- 3 couples and 7 kids. There was ample room for everyone. The beach was a very short walk across the private community street. When the kids were tired of the beach, they swam at the pool and played tons of air hockey at the house. We went to the nearby water park one day. There were numerous other nearby attractions that we considered visiting but everyone had so much fun at the house, we spent most of the time there. Property management promptly sent assistance when we had a little trouble figuring out the elevator (it came in handy for luggage and groceries) and were quick to handle a wasp nest on the balcony. Overall, it was a really great vacation.

Great family vacation

The house was great. The location was perfect. The beach was amazing and just a few steps away. We had 6 adults and 7 children ages 6 to 14. There was plenty of room. The few notes. The area with the bunkbeds is actually in a small area immediately off the garage. No big deal but not a room so be aware. There are no beach towels so we had to buy some and leave them there. Minor things that didnt impact our time but just FYI. The management was responsive to any calls we made . Lots of activities and restaurants close by. I would absolutely come again.

Very disappointed

This house was a huge disappointment due to misrepresentation and poor maintenance. It should be taken out of service for major renovation as eight other houses now have underway on this block. This is a five bedroom house not a six. The bunk beds are in an alcove with the garage door opening into the space. No clothes storage, no privacy and no one in our group would use the top bunks because they were so close to the ceiling. The bathroom door on the first floor, the busiest floor in the house, would not close making it unusable for the entire week. Three different repair men attempted to fix it unsuccessfully. Also, one light will not turn off. The spa and pool heaters didn’t work for three days before repair, so it could not be used. The pool tv needed replacement which was done the third day. The ice maker had mold and coffee maker did not work. This was corrected the second day. Many exterior lights needed new bulbs which were replaced the second day after we identified. The grille burners are rusted out making it unusable. Many other similar issues indicate the owner’s disinterest in reinvestment. The management company was responsive and staff friendly but for the very high price paid for this house, it should not be up to the guests to identify problems vs. proactive maintenance.

Solid house

House was good, came for a bachelor party. Hot tub doesn’t get very hot and the internet didn’t work, but other than that no real issues. Location was great and beach was beautiful
