House was beautiful, especially the pool! Having the golf cart was super handy to get to the beach each day. Definitely wish early check-in was possible, but it worked out fine. Would stay here again!

Traveled to Destin as a group of 11 - 7 adults and 4 children (ages 3-10) - and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Here are our collective thoughts about the property:Pros:- Location to the beach! Just a 5 minute walk on the sidewalk to the beach or a 30 second golf cart ride. There is a parking lot for carts at the public beach access. Also, the beach access point has bathrooms. We were concerned we would have to walk back to the house for potty breaks and that was not the case.- Every bedroom (except the bunk room) has a private bathroom.- Pool and hot tub area was awesome.- House was very clean and well stocked (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, cooking utensils, etc.).- Six-seater golf cart made trips to the beach a breeze. Can also drive the cart to restaurants, gas station, shops, etc.- Host is very responsive.- Plenty of seats for dining (dining table and stools at the kitchen counter).- Outdoor shower was very helpful for removing sand. Cons:- Quite a bit of street noise. However, this is easily remedied by using fans/white noise machines. We have small children and always travel with portable fans, but our family members that did not were more affected by the noise. - No blankets available for use. This is more of a nitpick, but there were no blankets for the living room area or extra blankets in the bedrooms. Would be nice to have these available as we resorted to using beach towels as blankets.Would book this house again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home! Clean and Close to Beach

Our leadership team had a 4-day retreat in this beautiful home. The house was spacious, and the bedrooms were nice size with bathrooms for each bedroom. We were within walking distance to the beach but had a golf cart, that came with the house, if we choose to ride. Excellent house and location for a retreat or a family vacation. Todd was great in responding quickly to any questions!

Great Location and Home

This house is nicely appointed for a large group. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. Our few small issues were resolved quickly. There is no pool privacy but it didn't really bother our group. All in all a great stay!

Fantastic experience

This property was outstanding. As advertised. Plenty of room for 16 people. The pool and spa were amazing. Location is perfect. Short walk or take golf cart one block to beach. We had an issue with the grill and 4 hours later, we had a new grill. You can’t ask for any better than that.

Beautiful Home

Spacious and accommodating home, but the sofas in the main living area were an "eye sore". They were draped with what looked like a white sheet or cover, probably to prevent stains. However, maybe darker covered furniture or leather would be more appealing to renters.

This home was outstanding. I would describe the amenities as ultra-premium. We stayed at the property with young families and this place created a lot of core memories for our kids. Host was A+.

Awesome Home For A Big Family!

We had a large group stay at the house (16 folks) from 6 months to 75. The house was in immaculate condition. Big open kitchen and family area. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Pool was amazing. Golf cart came in handy for transportation to the beach even though it’s walking distance. Great neighborhood for family vacation. Host communication was great. Will be back!

Wonderful location and property...

The house was maintained well and clean when we arrived. The only issue we had was in the bunk room. By law, the top bunk needs to have 5" between the top of the safety rail and the top of the mattress. It was level with the mattress. Our young grandchildren could easily rolled off the bed. We went to Home Depot and purchased safety rails at a cost of 85.00 for the top bunks. It was irritating but we solved our issue.

The Sundance had Plenty of room , very clean & close to the beach.

The place was very clean. The beds were excellent quailty in all the rooms and very comfortable. With 5 different small family's, we had plenty of space. The pool was great. Even though the beach was a very short walk straight down the street, the golf cart made it great to haul lots of people with your chairs, umbrellas and coolers. We had a great time and the accomadations made it even better. Thanks for everything. Hope to see you again.

Love it!!

We had an amazing time. Best rental owner experience. Very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful house, spacious rooms, perfect location. Our family loved it. First time to Destin and we all cannot wait to come back!
