The condo and views were beautiful! It was very clean and the perfect spot for a vacation! Everyone in the building was super friendly and everything was very organized! We loved it and would most definetly stay here again!

Overall the stay was great! The location and convenience could not be beat. Only complaint would be the bed being super uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the pull out couch 6 out of the 7 nights. But other than that no complaints. The construction was mentioned in the description so can't really complain too much and luckily it wasn't too obnoxious.

Had to call the front desk because they were renovating in the room above or beside us and it was so loud that it woke us up for the first 4 days of our stay. After that it was okay. I'm glad they're doing updates to the location because it needs it.

Double booked

Arrived to find my room was given away to someone else. Concierge was very nice and apologetic. He found another room for us, that was adequate. Still not the room I wanted. For the rest of the stay, the room key had to reactivated several times. Other than that, the beach was beautiful.

Amazing!!!

My husband and I came to SunDestin on our honeymoon and we LOVED it!! The rooms were super clean and well stocked with needed items. We loved waking up to the beachfront view and sat in the balcony every morning! Pelican’s Roost was an amazing restaurant and had the best rum buckets we’ve ever had—and were able to enjoy those by the poolside! We’re looking forward to coming back next year for an annual vacation:)

Beach Vacation 2023

Unit was clean and well kept. The view of the beach and ocean from the 9th floor were amazing. Staff at the resort were very helpful and the check in process was very smooth. The only negatives with are stay were the noisy a/c unit on the patio and the sheets on the bed were rather old and nubby. Overall the stay was great.

Excellent Property

Wonderful location in Destin right on the beach. It was within waking distance of several eating establishments along with other attractions. Situated between both a Target and Walmart, it was easy to stock the fridge for the week. Finally, the resort’s amenities were all in excellent condition.

1st Time in Destin

No major issues while staying at SunDestin. One of the 4 elevators was not working which caused log jams at times with people checking in trying to get to rooms plus everyone else. Beach was beautiful and water was great. Room was nice as it looked online.

First time in destin

This was my first time in destin and didn't really know what to expect. The condo was beautiful and clean! The view was amazing! We loved the hot tub at night so nice! Check in was super easy and check out also! Loved this condo will definitely be back!

Beach get away

The property was nice, right on the beach, and convenient to many great restaurants. The gift shop had everything you forgot and more. Surprisingly, the restaurant/bar closed at 8 pm. The Tiki bar opened later that week, but many of us did not know. Everyone was nice and helpful and I would like to come again.

We really enjoyed watching the dolphins swimming in the emerald waters of the Gulf from our balcony each morning! Unable to keep our TV hooked up to cable for use but we didn't spend much time inside. The beach was amazing!

Great location

This place is in a great location. The unit was clean and looked just like the photos. The building has a lot of amenities. The only complaints are the walls are very thin and the mattresses were not comfortable. However, for the price and location these things were just a mild inconvenience. Overall great stay

Amazing condo

It was our second time staying at the SunDestin. This unit is perfect for your beach stay. Elevator and washer and dryer located just right outside the door. Amazing view! The unit has all the necessities. Couch and bed are comfortable. Enough seating for everyone, but not cramped with furniture. Absolutely zero complaints! Our dishwasher was out of service, but no big deal for us since it was just me, my husband and our 2 year old. The refrigerator had gone out right when we arrived, but the maintenance guy was there within 5 minutes after I had called the front desk. He was awesome! Came in, checked out the fridge, came back after a couple hours with a new fridge and had it replaced within seconds. All of the staff is so nice and welcoming. So clean too, there is someone constantly mopping the water up off the floors coming in from the pool/beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again! We love the SunDestin and can’t wait to be back again next year!!
