This place was ideal! We loved every part of it and are already looking to return! We brought our own boat to use the private boat slip. Crab Island was amazing! This unit was perfect and we loved it completely! Highly recommended!

Nice condo but a little disappointed

This condo is cute and has a nice view of the boats coming in and out of the harbor. The beds were extremely comfortable. This condo was not for us due to the lack of privacy and distance to a small part of the beach. The neighbors are very friendly, but your all very close together. I was under the impression it had a small area for our dog to go out, but it’s actually across the street and the neighbors dogs have access to your patio. It just depends on what your looking for in your accommodations.

Spring Break Family Vacation

This house was amazing and bigger than it looked from the pictures! It had everything we needed and more. The views were awesome! The homeowner, Christie, was so easy to communicate with and she made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back next summer!

Destin Vacation

This is the PERFECT spot for a vacation in Destin. Everything about this location was spot on! We had a private boat slip (with lights, plug ins, and bumpers) so it was easy to get out to crab island and other restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach (by the jetty’s) where lifeguards were on duty. There is plenty of room in the house and the lower bedroom has a sliding door to the back patio. The neighbors on both sides were extremely friendly and Ms. Eve was the highlight of the stay. She pointed us in the right direction with everything. We can’t wait to stay here again!

CHERISHED FAMILY FUN

Our stay exceeded our expectations! This condo is in the perfect spot and has all the convinces of home. Although we come to Destin every summer, it was AMAZING to have our whole family (grown children and spouses) all in one place. The boat slip was a HUGE PLUS it allowed us to enjoy the harbor, the gulf and crab island daily. It was convenient to have a hose at the end of the day to rinse our boat and equipment. This was the PERFECT spot for the multiple firework shows. Can’t wait to repeat our cherished FAMILY FUN!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Awesome location, super clean place, very safe and quiet. The kids walked to the beach multiple times, the dogs had a blast in the sandy backyard, and we really enjoyed watching the boats in the bay. The neighbors were great and very welcoming, too! We’ll come back again!

Amazing location!

Christie was a fantastic host! This property is one of our favorites and my family has been coming to Destin for over 20 years. If you have a boat, don’t second guess booking this place. The view of the harbor is amazing and it’s such a quick boat ride to crab island and the surrounding beaches. And you can enjoy live music from across the harbor on the weekends from the deck. The neighbors are long time owners and were very friendly. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. There are a lot of steps but Christie did warn us of this and it really wasn’t a problem at all. That was more than offset by the beautiful location! Thank you Christie, we hope to be back!

Great Location!

Our family of 5 (3 teen boys) enjoyed the property. With the private boat dock access, the beach across the street (about a 10 min walk) and a short distance to grocery stores and restaurants made the property a great location for us. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable! Verizon cell service was strong and there were plenty of TV channel options. Having dinners and watching the sunset was a family favorite. We also enjoyed watching all the boats in the harbor passing by. Would stay again!
