Beautiful ocean front condo with gorgeous view

Highly recommend this gorgeous and super clean condo! It has a fabulous view of the ocean/beach from the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is setup nicely so that 4 people could actually use it if needed. My two teens (19 and 16) had plenty of space in there. The entire condo is spacious and comfortable - just absolutely lovely with everything you need to relax. It’s in a fantastic location relative to all the hot spots for restaurants and for fun things to do with the family. Pool and beach access is super easy and a fitness center is also on site. We would definitely come back! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great spot for family of 5!

This was our 1st trip to Destin and 1st time taking the 3 boys to Florida. The condo was the perfect size with the master suite being spacious and private. It was great to be on the 1st floor making it easy to run down to the beach and pool. We loved being able to go back and forth to both. The property itself was private entry which set us more at ease with the kids there. The only thing we wish is that they had spices for cooking and a bit more TP and Paper towels for our week long stay. But that was minor. We didn’t want to leave!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, safe and family friendly. We did have a problem with water bugs in our room, but alerted managers and they said they would take care of it. It could just be that season in Florida. We are out of state visitors. That was the only negative I can think of. It’s right in the heart of Destin so everything is right at your fingertips. Would stay again.

Good location but needs some updates

Great location. However, hours before check in I had to request our check in information. Never received anything days before or day of. After I messaged through VRBO, an email was sent but didn't show check in info. Had to view in actual browser instead of email on phone. Didn't know that and called multiple times. Cell phone went to voicemail and office number was was discounted. The condo was clean for majority of the part. The small room needs bedding updated. Bedding looked nasty and big black spot on one of the pillow cases. Sheets didn't look clean. The blow dryer needs to be tossed. We flew so didn't pack one. Thankfully master bedroom has one of those attached to the wall. The view is perfect and easy access to the beach.

Great place for family vacation

The place was perfect size for a family of 4! Loved being able to just walk out to the beach chairs and come back to the room for lunch! We forgot to pack beach towels and Alvin’s was right across the street we stopped there many times for towels, beach toys and sun block. We definitely will come back.

Wonderful Property. Perfect for Families with Small Children.

Unit is on the 1st floor with easy access to stair/elevator. The room overlooks the pool and beach so it's easy to keep an eye on the family. My kids loved the bunk beds. Mom and dad enjoyed the main suite. Would definitely stay here again (and probably will).

Great location but poor management

Upon arriving at 5pm we had still not received instructions for entering the condo. Drawer next to bed was full of pills and trash/receipts. I have pictures. No cream or sugar for coffee. The place is great but the property management/cleaning service needs to improve greatly in order to live up to the price

Outstanding!

We had an amazing stay—this is the best ever. The views are unbeatable; you can see beach, water, pool and lawn from a large furnished balcony or from inside the condo. Plus, it is not an enormous high rise so the beach is not over-crowded. Not only is the building perfectly located half-way between shopping & the Harbor, you can walk to three restaurants. Also, the condo is well located in the building. You can either just walk up one flight of stairs or take the elevator. It’s updated with new appliances and furniture. There’s an on-site, helpful HOA staff if needed and free beach chairs and umbrella. Really don’t know how you could do any better and our family loved it. We’ve already booked our next stay. We can’t wait to sit on that balcony and watch the dolphins again.

Super clean & comfy right on the beach

The condo was fabulous. Everything was as advertised in the pictures and description — clean and comfortable (the beds, sofa, chairs, etc. ). Awesome view and on the beach. Right above the pool but we could not hear any noise with the doors closed. Very happy with Reese, the property manager, who answered texts quickly. We evacuated to Destin from Hurricane Ida and the condo was our refuge. I always worry a little if a rental will be clean and comfy and was thrilled with this unit. Definitely recommend and we hope to visit again for a planned vacation and not a mad dash out of the path of a category 4 hurricane.

It was a great property. The inside was very clean and just as described. The balcony was very dirty. There was very poor communication on the beach chair rental. Apparently we could have had a daily beach set up but that wasn’t explained. When we arrived we could not get I to the unit. I had no idea we had to pay for wristbands and a parking pass beforehand. Then the dryer broke on our second day. We couldn’t get it fixed for the remainder of the trip which was frustrating.

The property was clean and well secured. All the pools, hot tub, fitness center and beach front were clean. My condo was well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. My condo was so nice it's got me interested in buying one.
