Destin beach reality was amazing. So easy to check in and out. I really can’t think of any negative about the stay, everything was clean, views were great, we watched some fireworks from our deck that we were not expecting. Place was safe and secure. Loved the private beach, don’t pack you beach umbrella , you will not be able to use it on there beach, but they do have some you can rent. I can go on and on. So I will just say everything over met my needs and would definitely go back.

Spring break

The condo was large and overlooked the beach from the 14th floor. The pool and beach were a short walk from the condo and restaurants were walking distance. The elevator opened right into your condo.

Great amenities

Condo was nice but a little outdated, but looks nicer in person than in the photos posted. Balcony patio has great views but furniture is old. One chair broke when it was sat in and when trying to fix it noticed it was previously “fixed” with duct tape. It is in a great location as it relates to shopping (outlet mall and Destin boardwalk). The airport was really close but didn’t hear the planes at night. The condo amenities were great. Teenagers loved the pickleball courts and pool. Underground parking was convenient and kept the car cool.Condo was clean overall. There is a jetted bathtub but when I turned it on a bunch of mold came out of the jets so I didn’t use it. We also saw a cockroach on our last day in the kitchen. Overall it was still a nice place to stay.

Best View in Destin

Clean and spacious; great floor plan; needs updating, but very clean. The balcony views make up for the outdated bathrooms. The towels were a little too dingy so we washed them when we got there.

Destin beach trip

We enjoyed the condo at Silver Shells. Spacious and well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need. Convenient to pool and beach. Restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again

Nice property few issues

The property was nice however on the 14th floor none of the balcony doors would lock and they never sent snyone out to fix them and with 2 sleep walking young kids that climb it was vert stressful trying to barricade the doors shut also for the price the beds were from like the 80s high uncomfortable for such a high end place they should have alit better beds. Other than those issues it was a nice place.

A Roomy Condo for family

Our condo was near the top of the building with a beautiful view and large balcony. it was very roomy. you walk right in to the room from the elevator but did worry about our little grandson going down in elevator and you can’t get up without a key fob. No way to lock door by elevator so we put a chair on front The pool was nice. But had to walk through the garage to get to pool and beach. Only one day was there pool service. No towels there We did not like having to check in off site and not having anyone there when a problem came up. Someone parked in our parking spot for two of the nights. Cleanliness around our building was not great. Our condo was clean enough but porch dirty and the trash chute out of our condo was filled with garbage bags the whole time we were there it was not cleaned. We had the largest roach I ever saw in our room. Some of our floor outlets were coming out. Location was good -it was convenient to walk to Back Porch and the candy shop-Walmart and restaurants close by.

Room with a view

The unit is very spacious, but needs a little updating. The unit was very clean but the older bathroom fixtures were a bit off putting. View of the beach is spectacular!

Great property!

Condo was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Amazing views of the ocean! Check-in process was very effortless. The unit has one parking spot in the garage that has an elevator very close by. The elevator opens directly to the condo (very convenient). Everything was clean an up to our standards. Thank you!

Breath taking views and very comfort condo

Stayed at this condo for our family spring break trip March 2022. The condo is very clean with plenty of space for a large family. We really enjoyed the breathtaking views off the balcony and the location was great. Highly recommend the Silver Shell resort.

Wonderful stay at St. Maarten. Check in process was super easy. Very nice after a long drive. Condo was very clean. Lot's of space. The beachfront balcony is awesome. The property has a beautiful pool. Super convenient location, close to markets, and nice restaurants. I highly recommend this property.
