We had a wonderful stay. The house was everything we expected and more. Everything was well stocked. They even had crock pots! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing with plenty of room for our whole group. The elevator was very useful for my senior parents. The bunks were nice, each having their own tv and privacy curtain. Overall the perfect place for our multiple family group!

This property is amazing. The owner /host Andrew was amazing. The refrigerator on the 2nd floor was not working nor the elevator. But they sent someone over right away for the elevator and that gentlemen was even amazing.

We had an amazing stay at Splash! and couldn’t be happier with our experience, largely thanks to our incredible host, Andrew. From the very beginning, Andrew was responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Any small questions that came up were handled immediately, which made the entire experience completely stress free. He went above and beyond to offer helpful tips before and during our trip.The property itself was better than we could have imagined! Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable and fun stay. Every room had what seemed like the perfect setup up for our group which included couples, singles and families with kids of all ages! The location was perfect. Very quiet, close to the beach and restaurants. The pool is one of the most fun we have ever had in a VRBO and the views are great incredible!If you’re considering staying at Splash!, don’t hesitate. Andrew is attentive, professional, welcoming, and truly outstanding. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The most amazing house!! We held our joint bachelor and bachelorette trip with 26 of our friends and our wedding reception with about 60 people, I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was spotless and beautiful. The owner’s communication was easy and so kind. There was so much room, the house was bigger than expected!! The check-in and check-out process was easy! Meeting Andrew at the property for check-in was great as there is so much to know about (like the speakers inside and outside). The pictures do not do the house justice, it was beyond what I imagined. I hope to stay again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone!! Thank you so much for the best week ever!!

This house is amazing for large groups! The proximity to beach access is a short walk and the pool is unreal. Photos don’t do this home justice. Communication with the owner/property manager is the best I’ve ever experienced…prompt answers to all my many questions. Don’t sleep on this one!

The perfect getaway

This house is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly suited for all ages! We had a diverse group, from 7-month-old infants to teenagers, young adults, and grandparents, and everyone loved it. The spacious layout made it easy for everyone to spread out. While there are several stairs due to the 12-foot ceilings on each floor, the available elevator was a huge convenience.The stunning pool was a major highlight – so much so that the beach's close proximity felt like an added bonus! The host was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries, which made the stay even more seamless. We're already planning our return trip for next year!

Cherished family time

There were 23 of us ranging in age from 9-83. Every single one of us had an awesome week. The house is well equipped and the layout was perfect for us. Easy access to the beach and the pool was wonderful. Please note there is an extra fee to use the elevator.

Amazing property!

I booked this house very last minute for my family reunion week in Destin as the house I originally booked had water damage and cancelled 2 days before our arrival! This house was absolutely amazing! We were 10 adults and 4 little ones. The shared living spaces were great-- loved the pool area, the balconies on both the front and back sides. The living room/kitchen/dining area is huge and never felt crowded even when we were all in there cooking or eating and just relaxing together. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing!

We cannot say enough great things about this property. They’ve thought of everything. It started with the personal walkthrough at check-in, what a nice touch. The kitchen is stocked wonderfully with any utensils or dishes that you might need. All spaces of this house, indoors and out were well thought out and we would definitely rent again.

What a house. It has it all. The pool and outside TV were staples. The swim up bar was a nice touch. The multiple balconies got used everyday especially on the top to see Thursday fireworks. Andrew was on top of everything. Professional operation and the location is as good as it gets.

WOW - it's a great place to stay!

The place was amazing! So beautiful and close to everything. The property management team were fantastic. It was a trip that our family and friends made so many special memories and this house definitely helped with those memories! Definitely, will be staying in this house in the future again.
