Multiple balconies and a private pool overlook the neighborhood lake, creating the perfect setting for soaking up the sun when you are not at the beach. The first floor offers patio access from the guest bedroom, which features a twin-over-full bunk bed, sleeper sofa, and flat-screen TV. A washer and dryer on the first floor add convenience, making it easy to freshen up towels and swimsuits after a swim.

On the second floor, relax in the living room, where a wall of sliding glass doors provides picturesque views of the lake. At the end of a sun-filled day, unwind on the comfortable sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV. The spacious dining table seats up to 10 guests, making family meals and gatherings easy. Tucked around the corner, the fully equipped kitchen features a small table for four, a breakfast bar with two stools, and balcony access. For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48-hour notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat charge is $50 per day of your reservation. This home is equipped with a gas-based pool heater, which can operate as intended regardless of outdoor temperature.
