Cleanliness was not what I would consider 5 star. Cabinets not aligned properly, when you opened one drawer, more would open with it. The bottom stove drawer was not aligned at all. It could use some painting/TLC. The coffee table wasn't level/properly assembled. I did not take any photos.Overall, the location was perfect. The pool was great.

The views are fabulous as well as access to the beach. We weren’t inside much. The unit itself needs lots of cleaning and maintenance. I sent the maintenance company a lot of items that needed worked on. They did come change the dirty air filter while we were there at my request. No way it had been changed in months! The place must have a deep clean before more guests stay. As well as maintenance of dishwasher, washer, coffee table, pullout bed, and more. Whoever actually owns this unit needs to do a surprise inspection on their place and they won’t be happy!

Destin Week

The unit needs work. Painting, bathroom needs redone the pictures did not show how far away the pool was from the towers. Also only one bedroom had extra blankets also there was no dishcloths or dishrags. Luckily we had brought some The bedrooms and the whole condo was a nice size however.The beach was beautiful but I won’t be utilizing this condo on the future

Overall our stay was very lovely. Cannot beat the location right on the beach. Stunning views and perfect location, steps from the beach. As other reviews have stated the room does feel dated and a little dingy. The room with two beds did have an odor but the king room was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

Destin Holiday ISLE

Location was very good. Condo was dated. Definitely needs a refresh; coat of paint, wall and baseboards scuffed, needed a fresh touch up. Furniture dated. Kitchen was good. all essentials to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable.Master bathroom had broken knob on one closet door. Just a lack of attention to detail.Could not get TV to work in master bedroom, defaulting to "connection error'. Coffee table in living room had broken caster and would rock to one side.Table on balcony also missing part and would rock on a corner.When checking in received call from security that we gave wrong room. Said we should be in town house and not in tower. We were already in room. Much confusion on their end. Further on security, after being there for 3 days, stopped at gate and told be had to go through first entry lane. Was going through 2nd lane with no stopping for 3 days. Told that was weekend guards and we were doing it wrong since we are not owners. Guard came across rather insulting that I was entering incorrectly.At check out, cleaners showed up 45 minutes before checkout time. We were still packing to be out by 10 am. Made them sit in the hall until we were ready to leave. Overall 3 stars out of 5. like said above need refreshed and the few repairs to furniture and tv needed.

It was just Okay.

The bedroom with the King size bed was disappointing in that the mattress was very hard & not enough outlets in the room. The bathroom next to the master bedroom was very outdated. The bathtub/shower was too small & the bathroom floor was very slick. My boyfriend fell after getting out of the shower. We later found 2 bath mats jumbled up in a corner where the ironing board was kept. The guest bathroom was updated. Our guest got the better bathroom & we paid for the place. Also the air would never get cool enough for us. We were disappointed that beach chairs were not included with the condo.

Shoreline Towers Again

Our only negative about this unit was that it needed some refreshing ... mostly cosmetic. But the location made up for the few areas we felt lacking. Our 2nd year in Shoreline Towers and love the location.

End of Summer Getaway

Decided to take an end of summer getaway last minute. Had never been to Destin and wanted to try it. Found this property and it was available during timeframe. Very nice property, convenient to most things and walking distance to beach. Was perfect for us.

The property was accommodating and inviting. The bedrooms were nice and furnished. The bathrooms were not up to standard, especially the master. The furniture was different from those in the listing but this was not a problem. There was no pantry in the kitchen. We needed a large frying pan and a long set of tongs. The gulf view was great as always. 7.1/10

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!

We absolutely loved this beautiful condo with views of the ocean in multiple rooms! We had plenty of space for my husband & 2 teenage boys. The condo was older, but updated and very clean overall. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach & the elevators were quick! We had no issues during our 4 nights/5 day stay. The host was wonderful as was the security guard. Super friendly. Great location! We had an amazing trip! We would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Destin, ok condo

Destin is great and the beach can't be beat. We know this area well and have stayed at Shoreline Towers multiple times. This condo was rather disappointing. The posted pictures did not match the actual interior of the condo. It looked like the owner quit in the middle of a remodel. The walls were not finished with actual paint colors, only the whitewash, and there were holes everywhere in the walls where pictures etc. must have hung at one time. The tile floors were so dirty, we had to wear socks or the bottoms of our feet would be black. The bed was extremely firm and did not feel comfortable to us at all. On a positive note, the disposal was leaking and when we called, a great maintenance guy (Ivan) was there in no time and replaced it. He also saw that there were burned out bulbs in many of the overhead fixtures, and he replaced them all.

The ice machine is infested with black mold! I took a two year old and he is addicted to ice so of course this was the first thing he went to. Surface cleaning here is about as good as it gets. For as much as it was, cleaners need more attention to detail. And there was trash already in our trash can….. eeeeeew
